4TheYouth Foundation is honored to participate in awarding scholarships to students who face difficult circumstances but excel in their studies at Dien Bien Ethnic Minority Boarding High School.
The scholarships have been awarded to 10 recipients according to the list approved by the school’s leadership on October 28, 2025 (see attached).
